Terms of Subscription Agreement:

All new orders must be accompanied by a check or credit card covering the cost of the first OTO request.
New York and California subscribers will have local sales tax added to the cost of their orders.
All payments for additional OTO reports are due within 30 days of billing date.
Subscribers are expected to sign SQAD’s Subscription and License Agreement.
Data is available on diskettes which can be used in conjunction with SQAD for Windows or proprietary programs, in accordance with the terms of SQAD’s Subscription and License Agreement.
All SQAD data is protected by Copyright. Reproduction or use, in whole or in part, by any means, without
the express written permission of SQAD is strictly prohibited.
