WebCosts increases the overall efficacy of the Internet display buying
and selling process, providing industry professionals with a
contemporary and real cost perspective on website and ad network
pricing.

The WebCosts database is built from actual negotiated rates. This
information is provided confidentially to SQAD by subscribing buy-side
contributors with no identification of the advertiser or agency name.
SQAD aggregates the data from these numerous sources into a central
database using file structures indigenous to server platforms used in
the RFP and ad serving process. As with other SQAD products, WebCosts
data will reveal cost-to-placement attributes rather than cost-to-advertiser
information.

Agency/Advertiser Contributor
WebCosts is sold by subscription. Agencies/Advertisers contributing
data receive significant savings. Contributers do so anonymously and
all data is aggregated. No advertiser name is included.

WebCosts is currently delivered in DATAVue and will be an online system.
In DATAVue the user is able to query specific sites and ad networks
(entities) by data tiers and combination of tiers.
Current tiers are:

Low, Average, High CPMs for all entities

CPMs for Medium Rectangle, Leaderboard, and Skyscraper

CPMs for Time Spans, which represent duration of the buy

Combinations of 1 and 2
Users can query all or a selection of entities given their objectives.
